Preparing for Your Visit

Your visit to the specialist office is an important health encounter. Preparing for it properly will guarantee that will get the best out of it.

Please bring

  • Your health card and personal identification.
  • A list of all medications (or better, bring the bottles), that you are currently taking, including prescription medicines, eyedrops and non-prescription medications.
  • A list of other health professionals you have recently consulted, why you went to see them.
  • Any glasses that you are currently wearing.

A driver may be required if pupil dilation, diagnostic testing or procedures are being performed.

Note: the office parking lot has a $2.00 fee and takes coins only.
