Surgical Experience Dr. Jellie has an ophthalmic surgical practice in Kitchener-Waterloo and he has been performing cataract, corneal and refractive surgical procedures since 1986. He has been associated with TLC performing LASIK and PRK procedures since 1999 and is currently the Medical Director of TLC, Waterloo.
